Homemade Ice Pops

Nutritious, Delicious, Homemade Ice Pops

Summer still isn't over. With this heat, homemade ice pops are a great treat!

When I was a kid, my mother had a Tupperware ice pop mold that she would fill with Koolaid to make ice pops for us.
When my kids were little, I had the same set.

The only problem with them was that you had to make them well in advance of when you wanted to eat them, because they took so long to freeze. Zoku has found a way around that.

By keeping the Zoku ice pop maker in the freezer, it is ready at all times to make delicious icy cold pops in just 10 minutes or less.

Parents are a little more knowledgable about health conscious treats these days, so Koolaid might not be the best thing to put into the mold.

With so many unknown and unpronounce-able ingredients in store bought goodies these days, parents can rest easy knowing the icy treats their kids are eating are healthy.

Fruit juice or smoothie recipes make delicious and healthy cold treats for kids.

You could also use pudding mixes to make pudding pops. After you make the pops, store them in the Zoku Storage Case.

I need to get one of these. Even though the kids are grown and have moved out, Grampa and I would like to have a sweet, healthy, homemade icy treat on occasion.
